Compressed Air Ringmain

Compressed air pipework can be run in many different ways. One of the most effective methods is to install a compressed air ringmain. This is a circuit like structure that generally runs around the perimeter of a building.

The benefit of a ringmain system is that at any one drop off point air can flow from two directions. This reduces the pressure drop effect where the person at the end of the compressed air line loses pressure when it is being drawn off further upstream.

A compressed air ringmain design offers a more even flow of compressed air distribution throughout a compressed air network.
